ISMRM 2015 Tractography challenge - Results

Results

The full results of the challenge are presented here. We still refer to the submission IDs to make it easier for users to search for their submissions. If you are unsure of the submission IDs assigned to your group, please use the contact page to ask for them.

To get the detailed results of a specific submission, click on the submission ID link. Those details include all the angular error scores and bundle specific statistics.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that all scores displayed here and in the detailed results page are based on the new relaxed metrics detailed in the evaluation page. This might explain discrepancies between some old results you might have noted and the ones shown here. It is also important to note that the VCWP metric is not relevant anymore, and is always assigned a score of 0.0. It is not shown here.

This table is searchable and sortable. To search for submissions from a specific team, simply type "XX_" (without quotation marks) in the Search field, replacing "XX" with the ID of the team. To sort the results according to a specific field, simply click on the header of that field. One click sorts by ascending order, a second click sorts by descending order. You can use more than one column to sort. Simply hold the "Shift" key when clicking on the header of the additional sorting column.
